Jennifer
Joy Walker, M.A.
Jennifer
is an author, speaker, workshop facilitator, consultant and
coach who brings to her work a passion for helping individuals,
groups and organizations fulfill their purpose and potential.
She has over 20 years’ experience, in both internal
and external consulting roles, providing services to corporate
clients in areas including leadership development, teambuilding,
organizational career development, employee communications,
and career and executive coaching. As an internal consultant,
she served as an Organization Development Consultant at Walt
Disney Parks & Resorts, and before that at Universal Orlando.
As an independent consultant, her clients have included Bank
of Boston, Berkshire Health Systems, BlueCross BlueShield
of Massachusetts, Boston Technology, Inc., Forum Corporation,
Friendly Ice Cream Corporation, Kaiser Permanente and Mercer
Management Consultants.
In addition, she has provided
career counseling and coaching services to hundreds of individual
clients.
Jennifer offers workshops,
seminars, and presentations on the topics of Full Color Living™,
Full Color Work and Full Color Organizations.
Her book, “Full Color
Living™,” explores how to move from a “gray”
life to a fully-expressed, satisfying,“full color”
life. Based on interviews, it offers a roadmap for readers
who are not content to just get by – who want nothing
less than a life of meaning, fulfillment, and joy.
Her workbook, Full Color Work,
offers a roadmap for identifying a meaningful and satisfying
career direction.
Jennifer earned a Master of Arts degree in Vocational Counseling
and Spiritual Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge,
Massachusetts. She is also a graduate of the Drama Studio,
London.
