Swope, founder of Your Legacy Connection, LLC, offers Life
Transition Coaching services to assist those seeking fulfillment
in retirement, as well as those in mid-life seeking to discover
their true life-purpose and passion. By following a path
of renewal and personal growth, clients are guided in a
self-discovery process to achieve their life goals.
Formerly VP of Human Resource for JLG Industries, Inc.,
Sam has extensive experience bringing human development
leadership training programs to a global workforce. He has
used the coaching process extensively to achieve cultural
transformation within organizations, one individual at a
time.
He served as a Board Member for the Industrial Resource
Centers of Pennsylvania, and participated as a Board Member
in planning a new community hospital. He served as Vice
President for the Human Resources Committee for the Pennsylvania
Chamber of Commerce, and as President of the Cumberland
Valley Society for Human Resources. He also was an Advisory
Board Member to Penn State Mont Alto and an adjunct professor
for Shippensburg University.
His undergraduate degree in Business Management was earned
at Florida Atlantic University, in Boca Raton, Florida,
and he holds a Masters in Business Management from the University
of Denver, Colorado.
He is certified as a qualified Life Coach by the Coach Training
Alliance and is a member of the Greater Sarasota Coaches
Alliance.
