S. Vice President of Learning and Culture, Art is devoted to bringing new approaches and discoveries about how to succeed to individuals and businesses.  He has extensive global experience, having introduced a variety of breakthrough learning interventions for many years in the US, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, UK, Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand.  Art is a founding member of the Coaches Council, a group focusing on implementing high-performance work systems in the nuclear industry.  He is a graduate of Coach University and coached coaches in an international setting for implementing major organizational culture changes. He is currently testing a computer-based interface he designed that enables a client to engage in real-time reprogramming of their neural networks (PhD dissertation).  As examples, this technology assists a person to change their values hierarchy, habits, income, limiting decisions, negative emotions, performance levels, and stress level.
