I want you to reach the ultimate human goal: happiness. Isn’t that why we do the things we do? We love, work, make money, play, aspire, want, dream, give, receive, marry, laugh, have children, are spiritual, graceful, enjoy nature, and develop talents. The list is endless, but why do we do these things? To be happy.
As a Minnesota licensed psychologist for over 25 years, my goal was to help people feel better, live more effective lives. But helping you live better, return to normal functioning, isn’t the same as fulfilling your highest potentials. I want to take you beyond normal, average, to be your absolute best. I want to help you create your perfect lifestyle. The end goal from this perfect lifestyle is, of course, happiness. During the coaching process you will achieve your perfect lifestyle by focusing on your present and future goals. You will replace “if only” yearnings, with crystal clear goals and positive, “can do” attitudes. My role as a coach is to listen, challenge, motivate, and inspire you to open doors to your best future. You are in charge of what you want, desire most in life. I am in charge of finding the right process to get you where you want to go. Keeping you on track, focused, eliminating obstacles, is a fun journey. I can help you through life transitions, such as graduating from college, finding jobs, changing careers, relocating, marrying, divorcing, remarrying, parenting, emptying the nest, retiring. Letting go of fear and developing confidence in your abilities to handle stress and change are common goals. I can see you face to face or telephonically for an initial free consultation to see how we could work together. After the initial consultation the sessions are via telephone. Emails are used for between session homework assignments and clarifications.
