Gail Pentz is a writer, presenter, and Certified Dream Coach® who helps professional women take back their personal lives and actively pursue their dreams. Using a proven 10-step process, she supports clients in clarifying their dreams, discovering their purpose, strengthening their boundaries and personal integrity, overcoming their doubts, and utilizing effective strategies for making their dreams come true.
With work experience that spans Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits, Gail knows firsthand the unique challenges professional women face. She has delivered training in 18 countries as a corporate trainer; designed and written hundreds of instructional materials for the banking industry, and worked for several private schools as a teacher and staff member. Gail also has experience with small businesses. She was a founding partner of T.W.I.C.E. Educational Services, Inc., a Sarasota-based continuing education company serving mental health professionals.
Gail knows the pain and frustration of being stuck in a lifestyle that no longer served her. Having worked 60+ hour weeks, she has made the transition to less than 40 hours a week doing work she enjoys and finds fulfilling. Less time at work translates into more time for self-care and personal development, two topics that are close to her heart. Gail believes that as we take better care of ourselves, we are better equipped to share our gifts with the world.
