Gail Condrick lives her ideals and the underlying principle of her
company, Niavisions, “Soaring Together to Reach Our Highest Potential.”
She is an archetypal coach, writer, teacher, and motivational speaker on
wellness issues.
Gail specializes in developing customized programs and workshops for
women's groups, churches, business and government organizations. She
brings over 25 years of experience to her classes and workshops.
A graduate of the multi-year Caroline Myss Educational
Development Institute as an Archetypal Consultant, she now coaches
individuals and business with finding their underlying deeper purpose
through the universal language of archetypal patterns.
Understanding the archetypal patterns that shape peoples lives can
provide an innovative apporach to awakening the hidden potential of the
individual or organization. For many, the archetypes
are so familiar that we do not appreciate the gifts that we carry.
Archetypes can also be used to understand the fears that keep us
from our highest potential so that we can make conscious choices in
every situation. Gail assists clients in uncovering
who they are on a deep soul level, much like Myers Briggs for the soul.
Gail consults in person by telephone and in workshops and uses this
new modality to go deeper into the needs of the individual. At the
first complimentary phone meeting, we discuss the needs of the
individual and determine a course of sessions that can be one time only
or a continuous coaching support. Full analysis includes
exploration in any combination of 12 arenas, self-assessment, personal
values, communications skills, home issues, creativity, occupation,
personal relationships, business relationships, spirituality, highest
potential, interaction in the world, and unconscious patterns that shape
the individual or organization.. Everyone begins with an
understanding of four survival archetypes that all share.
Gail is a freelance writer, frequently published in the national
Natural Awakenings magazine, retired Director of the Fairfax County
Department of Cable Television and Consumer Protection, Nia Black Belt
instructor, and Reiki Jin Kei Do Master. Gail holds a
B.A. in Communications/English from the
University
of South Florida and
various advanced courses and certifications from the organizations and
institutes listed above.
A television pioneer, she founded a cable television station serving
over one million people that has won hundreds of awards for public
interest programming and has been named the "Best Government Access
Channel" in the U.S. four times.
Gail was selected in a time of turmoil to lead a large
multi-disciplinary department with a budget of 32 million dollars and
over 100 staff in 2004. Under her leadership and open door policy, the
group reogranized and stabilized and many innovative projects in
communications and technology were succesfully completed. Most important
to Gail was the impact of the human dynamics, as individuals found new
ways to work productively and creatively with one another. In March
2007, she resigned from this position to devote all her time to
developing her own and others highest potential through Niavisions.
Gail is also an internationally certified Black Belt Nia instructor,
who has trained with Debbie and Carlos Rosas, the creators of the Nia
Technique. The Black Belt, the highest of the Nia teacher trainings,
enables the instructor to be a movement healer and is achieved by less
than 10% of the 1000 instructors around the world.
Incorporating her interest in mind/body awareness and communication,
Gail became a Reiki Jin Kei Do Master, or Reiki Healing with Wisdom and
Compassion, after several years of training. She offers private sessions
and classes in Reiki.
Gail combines her dedication to healing and communications in
workshops, classes, and seminars in private sessions and group seminars.
She is a frequent motivational speaker at conferences and events.
