Art Emrich has been working successfully with groups and individuals as a coach, advisor, and mentor for over 40 years – helping them to achieve more than they thought possible. First in the U.S. Air Force, then with Dupont, retiring as Corporate Manager of Human Development, and more recently with Kanbay as U. S. Vice President of Learning and Culture, Art is devoted to bringing new approaches and discoveries about how to succeed to individuals and businesses.
He has extensive global experience, having introduced a variety of
breakthrough learning interventions for many years in the US, Canada,
Mexico, South America, Europe, UK, Asia, India, Australia, and New
Zealand. Art is a founding member of the Coaches Council, a group
focusing on implementing high-performance work systems in the nuclear
